FAQS About Charter Services
Looking to charter a flight or how we provide aircraft management? Review our answers to these frequently asked questions to see if your concerns have been addressed. Please contact us for specific requests or information.
We have the industry knowledge, experience, expertise and, equally as important, the equipment to ensure that you receive the right aircraft at the right price. Our qualified staff will handle all of the tedious details associated with organizing a successful private air charter; saving you time and money. Your safety is our primary concern.
AFFORDABILITY
You can save money – “time is money” and in most cases traveling in groups of three or more can be more cost effective when chartering your own private aircraft versus flying commercial airlines. In addition, you can also often save parking, hotel costs and per diem costs.
FLEXIBILITY
Chartered flights save you time as you decide and alter the flight schedule to meet your needs. You determine the departure and arrival times as you see fit.
CONVENIENCE
Avoid the masses at the general terminals, check-ins, delays, connecting flights, layovers and lost luggage.
RESTRICTIONS
With private air charters there are fewer restrictions on luggage and passengers than on commercial flights.
PRIVACY
Enhanced levels of comfort, privacy and security.
COMFORT
You select the service level you want. You can make productive “office time” of the flight or just relax to help you feel prepared for that important meeting. Every request is handled individually, and the conditions of each request are taken into consideration.
If you haven’t flown privately before, you might assume that all charter operators are equally safe. After all, they each have operating certificates from the FAA.
The truth is that the FAA is not staffed adequately to closely monitor and oversee the more than 2,400 charter operators in the United States. Because of this, Central Charter employs best safety practices. All U.S. scheduled (public) and non-scheduled (charter) airlines must adhere to strict FAA, DOT, TSA and other regulatory agencies’ requirements governing safety, security, and consumer protection.
Central’s Charter aircrafts are maintained to meet all FAA part-135 safety and maintenance requirements.
Ensuring the safety of our customers is our number one priority. Central Charter works diligently to ensure a commitment to best practices in pilot training and experience, progressive aircraft maintenance, and a flawless safety history.
Central Charter has fewer luggage and cargo requirements than major airlines. Hazardous Material and what is considered “legally responsible” are strictly prohibited on any private or commercial flight. Weight limitations may apply. Contact Central’s Charter team if you have specific questions regarding weight limitations.
One of the major benefits of using Central Flying Service Charter is that you can arrange a private air charter with only a couple hours notice, contingent on availability.
